Spend time enjoying the company of family and friends in a relaxed and beautiful natural environment. Our venue overlooks pastures and trees on a working 100-acre beef cattle and sheep farm. Located in rural Nokesville, VA, 15 minutes west of Manassas, VA (20 min. from Warrenton, VA). Easy access from Route 28 (Nokesville Road).
Enjoy the inside of a refurbished, climate-controlled barn that seats up to 150 guests with a dance floor. Enjoy nature on the 1000 sq. ft. deck. An additional covered porch overlooks a children’s playground with nearby gazebo.
You decorate to the level you wish. Two full days for wedding ($4600 flat rate); One day rate $2500 (8am – Midnight). Wedding package includes venue facility, with serving kitchen, parking, access to grounds, tables and chairs, multiple outdoor ceremony locations, inside wedding options, separate bridal dressing area, scenic country views, 1949 Ford pickup truck and antique John Deere tractors for photo options.
